The practice operates an appointment surgery in the morning and evening. Patients can attend in person or ring in between 9.00 am to 2pm and 3pm to 6:30pm when they will be given an appointment to see the doctor for next available routine appointment. Doctors are available on most mornings and evenings. You may consult with any of the doctors at the practice.
During booking, our receptionists may ask for a brief reason for the appointment - this is simply to allow clinicians to prioritise appointments based on urgency and to help you the best that we can. However, if you have a preferred Clinician you'd like to see/speak to please feel free to request and if available or appropriate, it will be offered.
Please be considerate; everybody cannot be seen every day. Please do not come every week; give a chance to other patients who may need to see the doctor more than you. Help us to provide a high quality service, which we strive for.
Appointments for the nurse for different clinics can be made by telephoning 01215 513804 or by calling at the surgery. Routine appointments may be made well in advance up to a maximum of two months, which will enable us to offer you an appointment at a time more suitable to your requirements.

Please ensure that you give us your up to date mobile telephone number and we can send you free text reminders of any future appointments at the surgery. Please advise us if you DO NOT wish to receive text reminders.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive ten or more minutes late for your appointment, without letting us know in advance that you are delayed, you will not be seen and will have to re-book your appointment.
Cancellations
We would appreciate if you could let us know as soon as possible by phoning 0121 5513804 if you need to cancel an appointment with any member of staff. This allows us to offer your appointment slot to another patient.
Non-Attendance
Patients who fail repeatedly to attend three appointments with the doctor or nurse, without any reason, will be invited to a meeting with the partners.
Online Appointments & Prescription Requests
To request or manage an appointment online you can visit https://florey.accurx.com/p/M85701. This can also be used for repeat prescription requests.
You can also use the NHS App, click the button below to find out more.

Home Visits
Patients are requested to telephone the surgery before 10.00am if a visit is required on that day.
Emergency visits will only be arranged after that time. Please give the receptionist as much information as possible to enable the doctor to allocate priority to house calls. Please remember that several patients can be seen at the surgery in the time it takes to do on home visit and that clinical examination is best carried out at the surgery.
Please also note a home visit will be made if a doctor feels that you are not well enough to attend the surgery. The final decision rests with the doctor.
